Washing 2 dressing gowns and a bath towel on UltraWash 50°c With Extra Rinse.

Where do I begin. It didn’t reach 50°c, only 42°c, rinsing was dreadful, only used one ariel pod but everything still stank like detergent, even with softener. At least it allows 1600 and holds for a decent amount of time.
