Ingredients :
1 cup Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls) [00:33]
3 boiled potatoes [02:16]
1 tsp ginger and green chili paste [02:08]
1 tsp cumin seeds [02:12]
Rock salt (as per taste) [02:03]
Water (as needed) [02:37]
Ghee (for cooking) [04:17]

Instructions
Roast the Sabudana: In a pan on medium heat, lightly roast the Sabudana for about one to one and a half minutes [01:06]. This makes them crispy and easier to grind.
Grind the Sabudana: Allow the roasted Sabudana to cool down, then grind them into a fine powder using a grinder [01:30]. Sieve the powder to ensure it is fine [01:44].

Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, combine the Sabudana flour with rock salt, ginger-green chili paste, and cumin seeds [02:03].
Add three boiled and crushed potatoes to the mixture [02:25].
Mix all the ingredients well and add a little water at a time to form a soft dough [02:36].
Let the dough rest for about five minutes [02:52].

Roll the Parathas:
Take a medium-sized portion of the dough and roll it into a ball [03:08].
Lightly coat the ball with the remaining Sabudana flour [03:12].
Gently roll it out into a flat, medium-thickness circle [03:17].
Use a cutter or a lid to create a perfect circular shape, smoothing the edges [03:32].

Cook the Parathas:
Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it without any oil or ghee [03:55].
Cook for 30-40 seconds on each side, then flip [04:02].
Add ghee to both sides and cook until the paratha is a light golden brown and has puffed up [04:17].

1 tbsp Ghee [06:06]
1 tsp Cumin [06:12]
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder [06:16]
3 pcs Chopped Green Chilli [06:22]
1 tsp Ginger [06:26]
4 pcs Boiled Potato [06:44]
2 cups Warm Water [07:14]
1 tsp Rock Salt [07:41]
Chopped Coriander Leaves [07:46]
Lemon Juice (if you eat it during fast) [08:10]
