Somewhere in the video, I mentioned that the Pride Flag had been removed from a major monument, and I went blank on the name. The monument was Stonewall. "Before the 1960s, almost everything about living authentically as a lesbian, a bisexual person or a gay man was illegal. The Stonewall Uprising on June 28, 1969 is a milestone in the quest for civil rights and provided momentum for a movement." - Stonewall National Monument,
