I visited Alchemy a lot during my stay, mainly for the salad and spinach quiche. Come have a look at the venue and hear my thoughts on the dishes I ate.

Alchemy grows their own organic veggies, which you find in their salad bar from 11am and the refrigerators near the cash register so you can take them home to continue being healthy!

The atmosphere is so chilled thanks to the raised seating areas where you can recline and unwind. The interior design is bright and airy and I referred to is as reminding me of Hello Kitty because it's just so cute! They had major building works happening during my visit so I can only imagine what the finished product will look like. It will be awesome!

The salad bar is a fresh breakfast bar from 7am where you can have cashew milk, fruit yoghurts and various dried goodies that include fruit, nuts and seeds to add to your choice of fresh fruits. I wish I'd have gone for breakfast more often, I just didn't realise there was a seriously good breakfast bar!

The choices on the menu board are few in numbers compared to the other raw restaurants, but the quality and flavours make up for this (plus the salad bar is enough to keep me happy as it is, so much choice!). My favourite was the spinach quiche, but I quickly over did it and became sick if it! My second favourite was the miso soup. I first tried it as a small bowl as part of the Californian Sushi rolls and I loved the soup more than the sushi! The nachos were amazing, except for the spice. Without the spice they would have been phenomenal, 1 million times better than The Seed of Life cafe and cheaper!

When you go to Bali you should check it out. Or if you're like me and like to travel for food, you should definitely go to Ubud. It's raw food heaven!
