How to get Glacadia and Arceros?
After finishing story line and unlocking soul burst
Go to mansion and speak to Mr. Ferrix
Then you must do all soul burst raids:
-Flychomp Florant in Gale Forrest
-Terraform Gastroak in Heiwa Village
-Lavafiend Krakaloa in Igneus Hollow
-Magmadire Eruptidon on Route 5
-Jetwing Stratusoar on Route 7
Speak to Mr.Felix again
Go to Aranatta Trench
Find the gate to Judgement's Keep
Place all 6 Crysticulums
Solve the puzzle
Go pick up Obsidian Seal
Choice between Glaciada or Arceros(note you can reset battle if u didn't saved it)
Once you will catch one you can find them both in the wild at 1/1000 chance of appearing

How to get Novadeaus?
You must get both Glaciada and Arceros and use Obsidian Seal to fuse them to Novadeaus(note you can't unfuse it or trade it away)
