Hurricane Helene: Communities From Georgia to North Carolina Left Unlivable

On Friday, North Carolina reported at least 109 deaths, while FEMA said there are still areas out of reach. Local first responders say replacing water pipes and roads will take time, and power is still a problem too. In Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, about 700,000 customers are still in the dark.
