Bent Wing Caddis

Описание к видео Bent Wing Caddis

Still pushing the limits of the bent wing technique, here we are bending backwards to create a unique Caddis dry fly.

The body is a mix of Superfine dubbing cinnamon and tan, creating a bit of a variegated abdomen with a reverse taper - fatter at the bend and thinning moving towards the eye.

A bronze Mallard flank feather is used to create the bent wing, draped over the shank of the hook. A bit more dubbing and an appropriate sized dun hackle, and you are ready to split the wing.

Enjoy the video and give the pattern a try!
