House of Lords debates draft law on Trans-Pacific Trade | Part 1

The Trade (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) Bill gets its second reading on Tuesday 21 November, a chance for members to debate the key themes and main purpose of the bill.
