To de-bunk such myths and eliminate the fashion of making people believe in quick remedies, we introduce the best practical way to get back to your fittest version physically and mentally. These 90 days will change your fitness, lifestyle and approach towards it. We believe that v-logging is a very powerful way to show people the practical ways of how we follow a workout routine and diet by staying very close to you all. Ever since we started our YouTube channel, you guys have been asking about the workout routines and diet we follow to stay in shape. We started out by teaching the basics of workout psychology and the simple ways to make a diet of your own. Our goal was to help you in creating your own healthy routine in life. And this time through the 90 days challenge, we are taking you through our daily routines, workouts, diet and interesting recipes. Along with that we are going to show you how we stick to our routines by organizing and tackling the day to day challenges we face due to our career and a busy life.
