Production process
a) Load 16 pieces of tube cups on rotary disc that moves intermittently. Put two of tubes into one of the cup vertically
b) Load 60 vertical pallets on robot system.
c) The robot system feeds each 2 tubes to rotary disc cup vertically.
d) Inspect that the rotary disc cup has two of tubes. (Do not feed a cap at following process with no tube.)
e) Feed two of caps to two of tubes.
f) Inspect that two of caps have been fed to the tubes. (The tubes having no cap shall be removed because of defective product).
g) Keep vacuum in tubes at the place of rotary disc by intermittent movement. (Display vacuum pressure in digital and control pressure value easily.)
h) Inspect vacuum pressure in tubes (The tube has inspection function of vacuum pressure.)
i) Inspect poor quality product of vacuum and reject defective product.
j) Inspect good quality vacuum and then do capping.
k) Feed tubes having good quality vacuum to labeling machine automatically.
l) Do labeling automaticall.
m) Produce labeled product.
n) 2 units of the machine produce vacuum tube products filled with
13 x 100 mm and 16 x100 mm of gel + BCA.
