Final Ballet from Orfeo ed Euridice

Описание к видео Final Ballet from Orfeo ed Euridice

This is one of my favorite choreographies of any ballet ever. It's so gay and genderfluid! Notice how many times ladies are paired up with ladies and guys with guys? And even if it's a male/female duo, there's not a distinct leader; they take turns being leader and led. No gender expectations here!
Not to mention it's just some really fun, energetic, unique choreography! I also love the fun outfits. And are those...androgynous...non-binary dancers in there???
Also gotta love Cupid sitting in the back there with that cute little smile. The ultimate "Love Wins" ballet.
From the Met's 2009 production of Gluck's "Orfeo ed Euridice." Choreography by Mark Morris.
