While driving from Ohio to Western Illinois, I encountered a drunk driver. A few miles into Illinois, I looked in my rearview and saw a white Chevy truck on my tail. I got out of his way, and he passed me, changed lanes, and then cut someone off, almost causing an accident. I caught up to him just in time to see him almost cause another accident. I began tailing him and observed him drifting in and out of his lane. At this time I called 911, reported the incidents and relayed our position to the dispatcher. After hanging up with the dispatcher, I started this video.
