Town Council instructed staff to create legislation that would cap the number of short term rentals to 2,200. Currently there are 3,945 short term rentals. They will not be taking away any licenses, but they will go about this through attrition. When you sell your Breck property, if you have a short term license, it will not transfer with the sale.
