ROC College learner Damon did his supported internship placement at Gaia, a coffee shop and community hub providing wellbeing support for local people in Paignton, Devon.

With a bit of support from his Job Coach Mike, the placement couldn't have gone better for Damon and he's now hoping to come back next year to do an apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering.
