🟢材料:
海蝦 300克
粉絲 100克
雞湯 200毫升
蒜蓉、薑米 適量
鹽、糖、蠔油、胡椒粉 適量
澱粉或麵粉 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 先將粉絲浸軟瀝乾水份備用,海蝦去尖刺去腸吸乾水,撒一點鹽、少許胡椒粉和澱粉或麵粉,薄薄一層即可。
2️⃣ 熱鍋下油,下蝦煎30秒,加入蒜蓉和薑米,把蝦反轉再煎30秒,盛出備用。
3️⃣ 砂鍋中加入200毫升雞湯,加入適量的蠔油和糖,味淡可再加適量鹽調味。
4️⃣ 把粉絲加入砂鍋中,放入煎好的蝦,蓋上鍋蓋煮2分鐘即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Shrimp - 300g
Vermicelli - 100g
Chicken Broth - 200ml
Garlic, Ginger - as needed
Salt, Sugar, Oyster Sauce, White Pepper Powder - as needed
Cornstarch or Flour - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Soak the vermicelli in water to soft and drain the water. Remove the shrimp's sharp parts and intestine, then sprinkle with a little salt, a little pepper and starch or flour, a thin layer is enough.
2️⃣ Heat the pan with oil, fry the shrimp for 30 seconds, add minced garlic and ginger, flip the shrimp and fry for another 30 seconds, then remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In a clay pot, add 200ml chicken broth, oyster sauce and sugar, add salt to taste if it is too light.
4️⃣ Add the vermicelli to the clay pot, then add the fried shrimp, cover the pot and cook for 2 minutes.
