BEST BURGERS in Bangkok! - Daniel Thaiger (แดนเนียล ไทยเกอร์)

No wonder why this place is listed as one of the best burgers in Bangkok. Their ingredients are fresh, service is great and all burgers are made to order. Daniel Thaiger prides themselves on quality over quantity. They use fresh, never frozen beef and make their own patties.

The menu is short and not too complicated, but they are always happy to accommodate you on however you would like your burger to be. Mix and match toppings, or add however many patties you like.

I went with the Mr Steve, which was incredibly juicy and fragrant. The patty was ordered medium rare so it was soft and full of juices. The crispy bacon, lettuce and tomato gave it a really nice crunch. The bun was definitely my favorite part of the burger as it was lightly toasted and had a delicious buttery taste to it.

This little food truck doesn't open till 4pm daily and have burgers sizzling on the grill filling the air with an amazing aroma that is so irresistible.

The Daniel Thaiger food truck sets up right along Sukhumvit Soi 30/1, just about 20 meters from Sukhumvit road. Behind the Philippines Embassy.
