The Z Rack Ramp Cart can be used as a tugger cart and as a push cart.

This video is an example of these innovative solutions. As we watch the video, the tugger operator pulls the Z Rack Ramp Cart in tow. This is a 4 wheel Mother Cart with two capture channels for its daughter carts. The two capture channels in this case have been designed to work with the Z Racks. The Z Racks are clothing racks. Topper industrial turned the Z Racks into a form of a daughter cart. Throughout the video, the tugger operator shows us the cart being tugged, unloaded and loaded, and being used as a push cart.

The Mother Cart has several featured components. The cart has RS casters, a push handle, a tip down plate ring tow bar, and a standard brake. As always considering safety first, the operator shows that the brake will not lock when the tow bar is down and being used as a tugger cart. The operator is only able to engage the floor brake when the tow bar is up and the cart is being used as a push cart. Likewise, ergonomics is important. As we watch the operator demonstrate how the tow bar and hitch work together, we are able to see that they are easily connected and disconnected with simple body movements. There is no excessive pushing, pulling or bending.

The ramp is a special feature on this cart. It is manually lowered and raised utilizing gas shocks.
