Ingredients:
Catfish/Hito 1kilo
Tamarind extract/Sampaloc about ¾cup
Rice wash/Hugas bigas 4 - 5cups
Petchay 1tali
Green chili/Siling haba 4pcs
Tomato/Kamatis 5pcs small
Oil/Mantika 3tbps
Garlic/Bawang 4cloves
Onion/Sibuyas 1big
Ginger/Luya 1medium
Fish sauce/Patis 6tbps (you can add or reduce)
Salt/Asin ½tsp
Ground Black pepper/Paminta durog (about a finch)

Best served hot with rice
