What can I say? I truly hope you enjoy and relax to the harp (me playing on my piano with the sound of a harp haha!) This sound just brought such a whimsical quality to my pieces and it suddenly became the sound of Alwyn Oak!

I have edited the sound for hours and hours but I am still no expert by ALL means so if there is any small things wrong with the sound and quality I am sorry, it's only up hill from here!

Journey to another realm:
I wanted something to emerge you guys into the atmosphere of the woods and i love this piece i find it truly captures the essence of going through a portal!

Alwyn's Theme:
I love minor thirds (which I use a lot in this piece) and the quirky whimsical nature of this song is one of my favourites but also the first song I ever wrote with the harp!

Peace in the forest:
I love how calming and relaxing this song is, it reminds me of just a beautiful day in the woods where there is nothing but nature and bird song. I often picture what the forest is like when no humans are within it, and this song for me does just that. The birds flying without a care, the deer running free. It's just chefs kiss

Protector of the forest:
I wanted a song that was Bassey and whimsical and this song captured that feeling of me! It is also a great song for grounding and the root chakra! It reminds me of someone's sheer love for a wood and wants to protect it at all costs so they call themselves the 'protector of the woods' (Okay that person is me ahahah!)

Mysterious Place:
Not too long ago I found a place within the woods that was so overgrown (it is at the end of my Q&A video) and when I found it I FELT this song going through my mind (I hadn't written it the time mind you! When I arrived home after finding this place, I wrote this song instantly and when i listen to it I will always be taken back to the mysterious place I found. I also wrote it with the crown chakra in mind!

Love note to the forest:
This was the first song i ever composed EVER! I wrote it for my GCSE music a long time ago! It's basically about that moment when you feel undying love for something and can't put it into words. I often play this song when i am upset or want to honour something. And only recently i played it with the woods in mind and i knew then, I had to dedicate it to the woods.

Alwyn's Theme variations:
A few more variations of the Alwyn Oak theme, i just LOVE minor keys! One because they are sad but TWO they create such a beautiful haunting sound!

Let's go on an Adventure!:
I originally wrote this for my spiritual picnic video. And I just love how its got that 'get up and go' vibe to it! I kind of reminds me of 'Teddy bears picnic' but with an Alwyn Oak twist!

Spring is here:
This song has an interesting story behind it because I heard the melody in my head out of nowhere before I even wrote the song! It was stuck in my head for days and then I sat down at the piano and literally 'just like that' played the piece! The inspiration about it is the start of spring and the new energy, and seeing new life for the first time

One with the woods (great for meditation)
This song was written with deep tones for meditation, no real melody but sometimes we need a bit of background music that is just 'there' rather than in your face! I love this for meditation personally and I hope you enjoy it!

To the Spirits of the woods
There is something about the chords in this song that makes me feel so connected to nature and I hope it can do the same for you. When I hear this song I imagine all of the creatures of the woods and how they live their daily lives, there is such a community to the woods and I just need to know more about it!

The fairy greats you:
You come across a fairy in the woods and she dances in front of you! You cannot believe your eyes!
(a reprise of peace in the forest because i love the song so much!)

The fairies den:
When I hear this song I imagine a fairy showing us the ways of live in the forest, maybe giving us a tour around her enchanted grounds. Her hollowed out tree, her kitchen (a tricking stream) Just fairy dreams coming true basically!

Fairies Goodnight to the Sun:
Saying goodbye to the sun is such a beautiful thing in the forest, the birds are so loud and the insects are beautifully lit up by its rays! This song is in tribute to all of those lovely moments when the sun disappears EVERY DAY!
