This is actually the very last of all the BTOs in Singapore to use Mitsubishi NEXIEZ lifts installed under the 29th term as you can tell by the NEXIEZ buttons placed directly next to the door. This is also among one of the first few lifts along with Blk 113X Plantation Acres to use the Pre-31st term 9G announcements. Still 29th term as the 31st term uses Everbright buttons with fixtures placed on the side wall.
