पहला लक्षण, दूसरा कुछ Medical Test।

१. सबसे बड़ा change जो दीखता है वो Missing Periods, जिनके Periods Irregular है
या समय पर नहीं आते है उनके लिए थोड़ा मुश्किल है इस लक्षण से जान पाना| कभी कबर
प्रेग्नेंट होने के एक या दो महीने बाद भी पीरियड्स आसक्ति है थो यह तरीका कभी कबर
चूक सकता है|

२. शरीर मे अलग अलग बदलाव नजर आसक्ति है, जैसे Mood Swings होना, घबराहट होना,
स्वाद मे बदलाव होना, Breast Pain, Tiredness, Lower Abdomen मे भरी महसूस होना यह
सब भी कुछ लक्षण होते है| यह सब लक्षण सब मे नहीं देखे जाते है हरेक मे कुछ न कुछ अलग
रहजाता है|

१. Urine Pegnancy Test: इससे आप अपने पिशाब है की आप Pregnant है या नहीं|
२. Blood Pregnancy Test
३. Ultrasound

urine test बहुत आराम से किसी भी Chemist या Medical Shop पर मिलजाएगा,
यह सब टेस्ट सही से करना बहुत ज़रूरी है, उनकी Instructions अगर सही से Follow
नहीं किया जाएगा तो टेस्ट का रिजल्ट गलत भी आसक्त है|

4:08 Blood test कैसे करते है?
(How is a blood test done)

१. Blood Test का एक फ़ायदा है की वो सही है (precise) इसमे गलती होने के chances
न के बराबर है|
२. Blood Test से यह भी जनसकते है की pregnancy healthy है या नहीं|
३. २ से ३ blood test मे beta HCG ज़्यादा है या कम है यह समझ आता है जिससे यह पता
चलता है की क्या pregnancy healthy है ये नहीं|

6:10 Ultrasound: इससे एक Confirmation मिलता है, इससे बच्चा Uterus के अंदर है या
बहार यह पता चलता है, Pregnancy Double है या Single, बच्चे का दिल Develope हुआ
है या नहीं और बाकि काफी साडी चीज़े पता कर सकते है|
