Architecture of the Future explores a new model of urban development where buildings no longer dominate nature, but evolve in symbiosis with it.
Embedded into the steep slopes of the Dnipro Hills in Kyiv, the project functions as a living system composed of three interconnected layers: a rooted base integrated into the landscape, a vertical public spine that reconnects the city with the river, and a bold cantilevered crown that becomes a new cultural landmark.

Terraced eco-offices, green roofs, and hanging gardens transform the building into an extension of the park. A transparent vertical promenade allows people to move through the architecture as part of an urban walk, while the crystalline upper volume houses public cultural spaces overlooking the river.

This vision of future architecture prioritizes sustainability, public accessibility, and emotional impact — redefining the relationship between city, nature, and technology.
