Poseidon trawl doors can be controlled to position the fishing trawl in preferable position in the sea for most effective fishing results. The doors can be controlled to be 10 – 20 metres off the seabed during bottom trawling to reduce direct impact to the seabed.
Poseidon trawl doors can be programmed in preferable position, for instant to keep the distance at 10 metres off the seabed during towing, to keep 20 metres distance from the surface or to keep 100 metres distance between the two trawl doors.
