Iv heard a lot of people talking about the TDM 850's using oil and the possible causes, in this video im changing the final drive seal because of a possible cockup by yamaha, apparently they fitted a lot of these drive seals with the tangs in the wrong place blocking the oil feed channels and causing a build up of pressure, the result is a fine mist of oil spraying out from that seal! so im changing my drive seal as a precautionary measure.
