CHEMM - The Chemical Hazards Emergency Medical Managment resource is one of the National Library of Medicine's disaster response tools. It was created to help first responders, first receivers, and other providers and planners to plan for, respond to, recover from and mitigate the effects of mass casualty incidents involving chemicals.
