Restoration Details;

Engine;
Cylinders honed rings etc
Valves grind and lapped
Compression= 160 lbs all cylinders tested perfect.
Seals replaced. Oil and fuel and air filter replaced.
Mechanical fuel pump rebuild.
New electric primmer pump installed.
Carbies totally rebuilt. New parts seals etc
New vacuum hose and fuel lines.
Distributor change adapted to civilian solid copper leads, plugs, points etc.

Transfer Box;
New uni's and seals. Adjust linkage etc.

G-Box;
linkage rebuild and new rubber boots and seals installed. Adjust shift selecter.

Brakes;
Master cylinder rebuild honed with new rubbers etc.
Slave cylinders rebuild honed with new rubbers and boots.
New brake lines. all New flexible hoses installed. New oil seal.

Hand brake;
Totally rebuild with new friction disc. rubber boots. Oil seal. New s-steal cable installed. New front pulley.
Diff rubber boots.

Steering;
Rebuild and adjust steering box. New seals. All tie rod ends renewed and wheel alignment adjusted to Pinzgauer specifications.

Electrical;
Totally new.
All wiring removed and replaced with good quality copper wire and brass spade terminals.
All connections soldered and heat shrink.
All new switches.
New tail lights.
New head lights.
Original horn rebuild and New Claxton installed.
New cabin fan.
New interior spot light.
New diff Lock lights.
New Dash lights.
New Dash board with
New rev counter installed.
All New wiring looms installed.

Bodywork;
The Body was totally removed from the chassis.
Turned upside down and
Pressure blasted, sanded and repainted using thick enamel paint and under body shultz.
Aluminium panels installed.
Brake and diff Lock access panels installed. New electric adjust seats. Bum warmer for driver.
Every nut and bolt was removed and or replaced.
where necessary.

This Total restoration project has been done properly.
Complete attention to detail over many months. Incredible amount of new parts. Too many to remember......
