For your minimum price, ask yourself: "What is the absolute lowest price I am willing to sell this item for?"

For your normal price, ask yourself: "If there is no competition and I have the opportunity to set the price, what do I want to post my item for?"

For your maximum price, ask yourself: "What is the highest price I can see someone actually paying for this item? Undercutting an auction above that price would be pointless as nobody would ever buy my item at such a ridiculously high price!

So if the cheapest auction on the AH is anywhere between your minimum price and your maximum price, you will undercut it.

TSM will always undercut the cheapest auction as long as it is also between your minimum and maximum price range.

100% crafting/0.95 = crafting/0.95 = break even point = no profit
110% crafting/0.95 ensures you make at least 10% profit while ensuring you never sell anything for less than it's crafting cost while taking into account the auction house cut.

100% avgbuy/0.95 = avgbuy/0.95 = break even point = no profit
110% avgbuy/0.95 ensures you make at least 10% profit while ensuring you never sell anything for less than your average buy price while taking into account the auction house cut.

Default material cost method: use this:
min(avgbuy, dbmarket, crafting, vendorbuy, convert(dbmarket))

Default craft value method: use this:
first(dbminbuyout, dbmarket, dbhistorical, dbregionmarketavg)
