Is Havoc's Best Mythic Plus Build Changing?

Havoc currently has a TON of options in mythic plus of the War Within, but bug fixes to one of our ICONIC abilities as well as some more refinement with our rotational prio has lead to some new talents that might be better in m+! While this isn't a cut and dry "better" build, they are some new tools to add to your tool box!
