When I got my first invitation to a high school reunion I didn’t want to go. Just the thought of going, made me feel anxious. I didn’t have many friends back then and I didn’t stay with touch with anyone of them. My life was also pretty much a mess and that made me feel very self-conscious.

Despite suffering from social anxiety I decided to go anyway and in this video I’ll try to show you why you might want to do the same.
