Watercooling pump speed: Fixed or variable?

I'm showing four different ways to control the pump for your water cooled computer.

1. Fixed rpm with a flow meter
2. Fixed rpm without a flow meter
3. Variable rpm based on CPU/GPU load
4. Variable rpm based on water temperature increase

I'm building the solutions in Aquasuite from Aquacomputer - but most fan controllers should be able to do the same (or at least support some of the methods).
