Kobo Elipsa 2E - Thoughts on PDFs and missing functionality

Описание к видео Kobo Elipsa 2E - Thoughts on PDFs and missing functionality

A bit of a rambling since I wanted to capture my thoughts as they were (maybe too) fresh 😛 I note things about Kobo's platform, the way that their devices are affected by implementing more capabilities which are about input instead of just viewing and general questions about tool consistencies per medium. I may not be the target audience, but I do find that they are pushing into new territory with Notebooks and the inconsistency of PDF/eBook markup vs Notebook tools begs a lot of questions.

I referenced Ebook Reader's Elipsa 2E video about controls which you can see here: https://blog.the-ebook-reader.com/202...

After this video, I sifted through Dropbox, I came by scanned paper documents with notes, some of which may have less than optimal brightness and are less easy to read due which would benefit from contrast adjustment. I totally forgot to think beyond digital documents and about paper based notes where such a feature would also be valuable.
