As we adjust to the shifting market through the year, there are many times when a motivated seller may offer something to the buyer without adjusting the listing price. This offer is something the seller is conceding, or giving, to the buyer.
This can be used for so many things: buy down the interest rate, pay closing costs, pay for new flooring or roof.
