St. Patrick's Day is upon us! The perfect day to enjoy an Irish Red Ale. Here's my take on this super drinkable, low alcohol beer.

Recipe
Fermentables - 60 min mash
2.25kg / 5lb - Pale
1.47kg / 3.3lb - Munich
1.13kg / 2.5lb - Rye
454g / 1.0lb - Heidelberg (or Pilsner)
114g / 4oz - Roasted Barley

Hops:
60 min - 30g East Kent Goldings
15 min - 30g Saaz (I was wrong in the video... also, Saaz is Czech...)

Other:
15 min - 1 tab of Irish Moss / Whirlfloc

Yeast:
1 pkg Lallemand (Lalbrew) Windsor Yeast

Ferment started at 23 deg, then dropped to 18 deg, where no activity took place because the Windsor yeast went crazy in the first day.

OG: 1.050
FG: 1.024
ABV: 3.4
