*Ingredients:*
1 lb ground chicken (preferably thighs)
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp MSG (optional)
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
Wonton wrappers
Water for sealing
#### *For the Spicy Sauce:*
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
1 tbsp red pepper flake powder
1 tsp five spice
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped green onion
½ cup neutral oil
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp MSG (optional)

*Step-by-Step:*
1. *Make the Filling:*
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, corn starch, chicken powder, white pepper, MSG, cooking wine, sesame oil, and water. Stir until smooth and pasty.
2. *Wrap the Wontons:*
Place a small amount of filling in a wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges with water, fold, and seal.
3. *Boil the Wontons:*
Drop wontons into boiling water. Cook for about 5 minutes until they float.
4. *Make the Spicy Sauce:*
Grind gochugaru, red pepper powder, five spice, and Sichuan peppercorns.
Heat neutral oil until hot, then pour over minced garlic and green onion.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and MSG. Stir well.
5. *Assemble & Serve:*
Pour the spicy sauce over the boiled wontons.
Mix well and enjoy!
