I'm presenting some of my PhD research and people cough loudly throughout. The original video was 44 minutes long, and I edited together the various coughs.

Unlike in my first video, the audience in this video knew me well, so they knew what to expect of me (olfactorily, that is); yet, they still consistently cough.
