Top Helix Design Techniques in Solidworks | Advanced Level

In this video, we will use the Helix and Spiral function in Solidworks and explore almost everything in this function.

As an example, we will create
- Basic Helix (spring)
- Helix with variable pitch
- Conical Helix
- Spiral
- Spherical Helix

You can explore again by yourself, but I have introduced all clues of creating Helix and Spiral using its function on Solidworks.

Clue of Creating the Spherical helix. Create a circle sketch with the largest diameter you choose/Create a line with the length of your starting diameter from the bottom of the circle and touch the circumferences of the circle/Linear pattern with a distance = pitch/ You will get the diameters per pitch.
