Today we look at the Leo Mattel Skeletor vintage action figure for the Leo Masters of the Universe line.

Back in the 80s, Mattel signed up a deal with Blowplast India to form LEO Mattel. This company manufactured and released He-Man toys in India. This action figure line continued into the 90s creating some of the most iconic, rare, and now valuable variants.
