RDR2 V.1.00 Glitch ~ Arthur Morgan Breaks Free with the Calloway Revolver Killing Tommy in the Americans at Rest Story Mission

I recently started another play through of RDR2 V.1.00 and was playing the Americans at Rest Story Mission. I was fighting with Tommy outside the saloon and somehow totally unexpected I did managed to draw Mica’s revolver in the fight and kill Tommy in another video.

I have replayed The Americans at Rest Story Mission many times over to check if I could repeat this glitch. And have managed to do this glitch many times over.

This video shows Arthur Morgan drawing the Calloway revolver and Arthur breaking free with the Calloway revolver in hand before killing Tommy.

How to do this glitch:

You have to press L1 button and R2 button almost simultaneous and while doing that also move your left thumb stick in different directions. Sometimes you will hear the gun drawing sound while doing this, but your gun will not draw. Keep trying and eventually you will manage to draw your gun.

This glitch soft locks the game as well, you will be unable to finish the mission in this way. After Killing Tommy in the streets you also can kill all spectators. To get out of this soft lock shoot Bill, Javier or Charles to fail the mission.

This Glitch might work on later RDR2 updates, but have not tried this. I only play RDR2 V.1.00 Build:1099.25 on Xbox Series X.
