Hi Everyone today's Special I will teach you how to make your own coconut or buko for your salad Especially this Holidays season.Sometimes the coconut or buko is out of stocks or very expensive so heres how to make alternative way to make your own coconut.

all you need are

gelatine powder
water
coconut milk
3 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
for the fruit salad

2 can fruit cocktails (825 grams each tins)
370 grams or 1 tin can condensed milk
2 packet of all purpose cream (500 grms)

you add some cheese, raisins or some biscoff cookies on the salad depends on your taste

you can divide the ingredient if you want small quantity
