107. Hempadur EM 35740 Explanation

Hempadur EM 35740 is an easy to use product that can be used both in the WBT, on deck, hull and on steam lines.
It has a high tolerance to humidity and surface tolerance and due to its thickness, you can apply 2 coats wet in wet and quickly achieve a proper protection.
This means a busy crew can start and finish the surface preparation in just one day.

Of the +180 vessels I have worked with, most have changed to this as the primary sea stock epoxy primer onboard.

It can compare to:
Chemco RS500P, although at a much different cost range.
CMP NOVA 5000 BARRIER; only at 80% humidity and 1 year shelf life
Jotun/Sigma: I have not seen any equivalent coating.
