Crockpot Ham and Ham salad 3 ways Easy Peasy Ham salad and spread Economical Meal

Pop a ham portion into a crock pot or slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
To make ham salad 1
chop ham in food processor and add mayo, boiled eggs and pickle relish.

Ham salad 2
Chop ham in food processor and add chopped red sweet pepper, celery, and mayo. Add tomatoes when serving Serve with bread or crackers
Salt and pepper to taste,

Ham and Cheese spread
Chop ham in food processor add Velvetta cheese or cheese of your choice and mayo to taste blend until smooth. Serve with bread for a sandwich or with crackers.,
