CAM SHAFT MAGNET POSITION SENSOR REPLACEMENT W203/W204 AND OTHER C CLASS MERCEDES BENZ.

The camshaft position sensor gathers information about the vehicle's camshaft control module ECM. The ECM uses this data to determine the timing of the ignition, as well as the timing of the fuel injection, the engine would not be able to function properly. Over time the camshaft magnet position sensor can fail, or become worn down, due to accidents or normal wear and and tear. Signs can be as follows; the vehicle does not drive like it used to, check engine light comes on and the car will not start. If your car is roughly idling, stalls frequently, dropped in engine power, has reduced fuel mileage accelerates slowly. Engine light will com on once the sensors are going bad, the car will not start, it can cause the engine to die while driving or after parking it if the problem is not attended to and sometimes the engine dies for good. The latter thinking to fix can be a dangerous situation. Therefore do not hastate to address the issue of bad camshaft magnet sensor.
