In this video I will tell you about 5 most dangerous diets, that can harm your body if you will follow them long enough.
Diet #1 is - Salt ( sodium free) diet. “Salt is a white death” for a reason.
Overconsumption of salt can cause edema, high blood pressure which puts a lot of strength on the heart, potentially creating problems with cardiovascular system. Excess salt holds excess water, which increases body weight. Extra Sodium can interrupt with Potassium, which is very important ion in the heart contraction.
At the same time, if we don’t have enough Sodium, we can have ph disbalance, interruption of water - electrolyte balance, interruption of production digestive enzimes et. set.
Diet # 2- Sugar ( carbs free) diet.
We should eliminate refined sugars, because such carbs can cause inflammation, which can cause a lot of chronic diseases. Same time we need carbs for functioning out organism, especially our brain, which takes up to 25 percent of Glucose that comes with food. Most of carbs must be consumed from fruits, vegetables, natural sources.
Diet #3- Monodiet. This diet stays, that person can kickstart weight loss eating just one type of food ( potato, apples, kefir, bananas et.set ). Nutritionists and Dietitians say- There is no “ healthy way” to of this diet.
Diet #4- Raw food diet. People who fallow this diet believe that cooking destroy “live enzymes “ in raw food that help better digestion and absorption of nutrients. But specialists say, that our body has it’s own enzymes, that help utilize and absorb food. Even though it’s a good thing to eat more raw fruits, vegetables, salads, but consuming raw food increases possibly to be infected with food borne infection, and get infected with parasites.
Diet #5- Intermittent fasting. This diet stays that intermittent fasting ( usually its 18/6hours), can reset your body metabolism, decrease insulin level, helps to loose weight.... But some people sometimes go so far in fasting, especially young girls, that want to fast weight loss. Going fasting or with minimum caloric consumption can cause serious health problems.
