Who knows, the largest man made forest of Asia lies in Pakistan. At least, I didn't until I visited this forest just at a distance of 60 km from Lahore and 8 Km from Lahore Multan GT road. I was of the view that #Chhanga_Manga is an ordinary place not worth paying a visit but to my surprise, I found it a heaven full of peace and nature with a plenty of recreational opportunities for youngers as well as elders. TDCP resort is just an awesome place. Must to have a lovely evening there with a peaceful night stay. There is a wild life park but not with many types of animals. Deer Safari and the tram were closed the day I visited. Tram operates only on Sundays and gazetted holidays and lets one have fun while roaming in the forest track. We missed this opportunity. Better luck next time :)
Kids Park, the lake and a garden in the center of the lake are worth spending hours while sitting in the garden in a peaceful environment, boating in the lake and some refreshment tuck shops. Gol Gappay were awesome :D.
