Follow these simple steps:
1) Open Twitter
2) On the home page tap on the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3) Next tap on Profile.
4) Next tap on the edited profile which is in the upper right corner.
5) Now you'll get to edit you can even edit other information as well so scroll down and on the second last option tap on Date of Birth once again on the other page tap on your date and then tap on edit.
6) Next enter your new date of birth.
7) Once you're done tap on continue and then tap on save which is in the upper right corner.
That's it.
