Making Feather Damascus with Ben Snure

Описание к видео Making Feather Damascus with Ben Snure

This video is my process for forging feather damascus from 1045 and A203E which will later become a pair of one piece spurs. I chose these specific steels for the feather damascus because of their compatability, contrast when finished and the lack of need to be hard as a knife. All of the forge welding and drawing out is done on a hydraulic forging press. I'm doing all my clean up of the damascus with a Beaumont Metal Works KMG-TX. Editing help, music and voice over by Matt Stagmer of ThatWorks channel.
