First up, much like the last video I uploaded, I am not the first person to get a 1 Turn Clear on Masakado. I doubt I'm even the first to do it with Nue specifically.

Second, this setup revolves around Nue, and his innate skill "Hand You're Dealt." Hand Your Dealt gives the largest crit rate multiplier of any innate skill in the game, by far. With just 14 weaknesses in the party (7 on Nahobino with Xiezhai's affinities, 2 on Nue itself, 2 on your preference of Mermaid/Yakshini/Hecatoncheires/Cherub, and 3 on Setanta), the multiplier for Hand You're Dealt reaches a staggering 5.2x, allowing Nue to reach 100% crit rate here with only 43 Luck (though mine has 98, as its benchmarked for other fights). This gives Nue the rare privilege of getting to forego Figment Slash in favor of the much stronger Rampage. Worth noting as well is that in this setup, provided Nue has at least 15 Agility (literally unavoidable), Nue is guaranteed to reach exactly 100% hit rate too, making a potential unlucky miss a non-issue.

The other key component to the setup is Pandemonic Feast, which is what Cherub is for. Pandemonic Feast raises the maximum number of hits for any multi-hit move by 2 while an Omagatoki effect is active, turning Rampage from a 2~5 hit move into a 2~7 hit move. Additionally, it raises the cap per individual target by 2 while in effect too, changing the amount of times Rampage can hit one target from 2 to 2~4. However, the way the range is structured here, it'll actually roll a random hit count from 2 to 7, then cap anything 4 or higher at 4, meaning there's about a 2 in 3 chance that the 2-4 range gives exactly 4. This results in Pandemonic Feast being about a 75% increase to Rampage's average damage while in effect, which is absolutely massive and dwarfs any other damage boosting innate skill you could run on a supporting demon. As for the demon of choice with Pandemonic Feast, any of them will work, however Take-Minakata and Vritra are disfavored due to having fewer weaknesses.

Cerberus has a particularly interesting innate skill called "Faithful Companion", which gives the demon who moves after him a 1.2x damage boost when they hit weaknesses. This is a lingering bonus, meaning it isn't tied to Cerberus being in the active party (though it will expire if not used immediately). The only other innate skill to work this way is Helmsman. As such, switching from Cerberus to the Pandemonic Feast demon right before Nue's attack is a free damage boost with no opportunity cost, and a sizable one at that.

At the end, you'll see me switch Arahabaki for Setanta. This is to give Nue a bonus from the innate skill Surrogate Guard Hound. Surrogate Guard Hound gives Nue 1.25x damage when landing a crit, since Nue is a Wilder demon. This is the biggest extra boost I could give to the last hit from a supporting demon's existing outside of Pandemonic Feast (though Huang Long would come close). Setanta is chosen for Surrogate Guard Hound over Cu Chulainn as he has more weaknesses.

As for other components, just to list them quickly.
Arahabaki enables shenanigans with Strategize, and as such is a staple in every speedkill. Giving switch-ins all of his conditions is an indescribably powerful effect, notably enabling buff/debuff refreshing and an effectively permanent charge on the attacker, as well as granting the ability to funnel every attack into Nue.
Azazel, Belial, Tzitzimitl, and Amanozako allow me to use Strategize to set up a full buff/debuff stack without spending any of my press turns.
Odin's used to tag into Arahabaki immediately, letting him get a Charge in exchange for just 1 of my 8 actions.
Nahobeeho and Gogmagog are used to enable the use of Strategize to begin with.
