"The way to a man's heart is through his stomach" is a well-known saying... and whether I think its true or not, thankfully, is irrelevant... because my beautiful WIFE is the one who quotes this to me already!!

Its not only 'I' today but WE who welcome you to this video, and we are happy to have the chance to share this meal (and hopefully some wisdom!) with you today.

It has been quite the year for everyone, nearly countless ups and downs, but I am still looking just at the 'ups' for now (well, obviously, getting married is a pretty wonderful UP no matter what the day looks like outside :-D yahoo!!) - and I am always grateful for the incredible support you all give to us.
