Shungite - The Crystal of Ancestral Healing

Shungite is a two billion year old crystal shrouded in mystery, evoking the interest of both the scientific and New Age communities. It is a unique form of carbon, found primarily near Lake Onega of the village of Shunga in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. Most believe that the origins of Shungite come from ancient oceans, inhabited by a variety of microscopic organism that died and became the carbon building blocks. Others have hypothesised that lighting or a meteorite may have also contributed to the formation of Shungite. Shungite is valued due to it containing fullerenes, complex carbon molecules formed in dome or soccer ball formations. This is an extremely positive crystal but not for the faint hearted, for when used in meditation can initiate phenomenal journeys. It has the ability to remove toxic influences from your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually while making space for the birth of new growth and revolutions.
