電影《悲傷逆流成河》主題曲由落落、郭敬
明作詞，音樂人山田丰作曲，張韶涵受邀為《悲傷逆流成河》演唱主題曲，被此次電影主題感動。為了呈現更好的效果，張韶涵主動提出了自己對電影和歌曲的理解，錄制前與製作人溝通好細節。連續錄製一整天，錄製期間幾次落淚，有所觸動。
